Absolutely fantastic apartment in a brilliant location. Welcome package & a lovely selection of fresh fruit left for us on arrival. Check-in was amazing despite the late hour; we were personally greeted & shown to the apartment by Irek, who we could then contact as/when needed too. All rooms were beautifully clean, light & spacious; both bedrooms have their own access to the rooftop terrace. Full bathroom upstairs & toilet downstairs. Full kitchen with everything needed, including any cleaning supplies required which was very useful! Staff working within the complex were all very friendly & helpful, security personnel on-site 24/7 & always made sure to greet us personally. Communication with Olga was amazing from the get-go; always so responsive no matter how many silly questions I asked. We've been coming to Alanya for 20 years now & we intend to book Olga's apartment again for next year!
