Это был наш первый опыт самостоятельного отдыха в Турции без туроператора, поэтому переживали вдвойне. Огромное спасибо команде Qoople за то, что развеяли все наши страхи! Организация была на высшем уровне: трансфер встретил нас прямо у аэропорта, а у отеля уже ждал менеджер, который помог с заселением и на протяжении всего отдыха был на связи, оперативно отвечая на любые вопросы. Отдельно хочется отметить их заботу в экстренной ситуации: когда мы случайно захлопнули дверь, оставив ключи внутри, и остались в купальниках с двумя маленькими детьми, менеджер привез нам запасной ключ буквально за 20 минут. Это бесценно! Мы бронировали две квартиры обе оказались идеально чистыми и полностью укомплектованными всем необходимым. Особенно порадовали приветственные наборы: вода, минералка и вкусные снеки, после долгой дороги это было очень кстати. Обязательно вернемся к вам снова! Спасибо за профессионализм и человеческое отношение.

Location was very good ,very close to the beach,supermarket was very close also ,5 min walk ,a lots of restaurants around and nice atmosphere. The only thing we struggle with was to find the building because we didn’t have the name of the building which was Miss Cleopatra and also the key sign was in letters which was in Turkish and we didn’t understand…sifre means numbers and you need to press that and after the code number you have. Apart from that we had an amazing holiday and I highly recommend it.
