Partner operations in real estate require precise tracking. Who referred the client, under what terms the booking was made, and what revenue was generated in the end — all of this must be visible without clarifications or back-and-forth communication.

That is why Qoople uses a partner personal account with transparent tracking of bookings, commissions, and reporting.

How a Partner Gets into the System

After signing a partnership agreement, a personal account is created for the partner on the Qoople website. From that moment on, all bookings made using the partner’s promo code or referral links are automatically assigned to that partner.

Structure of the Partner Personal Account

Partner Promo Code

Each partner is assigned a personal promo code. All bookings made using this code on Qoople websites are automatically attributed to the partner.

Important: the partner does not need to log into the personal account and generate links every time.
Clients can simply:

  • enter the promo code when booking on the website, or

  • mention the promo code when making an inquiry.

This is especially convenient for bloggers and public partners. It is enough to place the information on their platform and say, for example, “use promo code BLOGGER-1.” All bookings made with this code are correctly recorded in the system, and the partner can later review the report.

Personal Link to a Specific Property

The personal account includes a tool for creating a link to a specific rental property.

The partner selects:

  • a property from the list,

  • check-in and check-out dates.

The system generates a ready-to-use link with the partner promo code already embedded. This link can be immediately sent to the client.

Revenue Report

The personal account displays a consolidated report of the partner’s income.

The partner can see:

  • current balance,

  • total income amount,

  • amount payable.

The data is logically divided: bookings that have not yet been completed (future stays) and bookings where the stay has already taken place and the income has been generated. This makes it clear what is still in progress and what is already moving toward payout.

Commissions and Booking Details

A separate section shows a list of all bookings assigned to the partner.

The table displays:

  • booking dates,

  • property,

  • booking value,

  • partner commission for each booking.

Partner Case: Practical Example

One example of how the partner model works is cooperation with a blogger.

Within this partnership:

  • more than 25 bookings were recorded from the blogger’s referrals;

  • the total booking value exceeded €38,000;

  • all bookings and commission accruals were displayed in the partner’s personal account.

The terms of cooperation with partners at Qoople may vary and are discussed individually.

The Qoople partner personal account is a working tool.
It is not created for reporting for the sake of reporting, but to ensure that the partner clearly understands what is recorded, what has been earned, and what is subject to payout.
